California 5.25% Sales Tax Rebate

This page concerns the State of California (Sales Tax) Section 6378 Exemption Certificate.

The California State Board of Equalization may allow a partial exemption from sales and use tax at the rate of 5.25% effective July 1, 2004 (but not on any local and district taxes). This does not apply to non-California persons or businesses.

The 6378 exemption applies to "qualified persons primarily engaged in teleproduction or other postproduction services as described in State of California, Board of Equalization Regulation 1532 and that the property [purchased from micronetonly.com] will be used primarily in teleproduction or other postproduction services or to maintain, repair, measure or test any such property." After competing your online or call-in purchase from MicronetOnly.com for the full price as show in the e-store, fax the completed Section 6378 Exemption Certificate to us at 512 646 3727. Within 15 days following shipment we will mail you a check for the difference, which is normally 5.25% of the purchase price for state of California residents (see example below).
